1 Leaf Sliding doors with pedestrian door
Fire sliding doors REI 120 consist of:
- Sliding doors horizontally 70 mm thick, composed of multiple panels each constituted by two sheets of galvanized steel, thickness 1 mm, coupled so as to form a box-like structure which serves to accommodate the insulating pack;
- A side seal labyrinths and top profile made of galvanized sheet steel, 1 mm thick, fixed to the wall using bolts expansion;
- the upper sliding guide of the doors constituted by a profile made of galvanized sheet steel shaped, 4 mm thick, complete with two carriages (one door version), or four trolleys (version with two doors) of suspension each provided with steel wheel of 80 mm diameter;
- casing of sheet metal sliding rail protection of galvanized steel and bent, with a thickness of 1 mm;
- A side closing system made with a counterweight and protected housing for each sliding door;
- check system optionally with thermal fuse or electromagnet:
with thermal fuse, the counterweight does not load the door and the door is opened by hand; when the thermal fuse found a temperature above 70 ° triggered, the rope gives way and the counterweight causes the closing of the door;
with electromagnet, the counterweight loads the door is left open; when energized by the control unit or from the switch-off button, the counterweight closes the door;
- intumescent seals based on graphite, placed at the flange area (one door version) and in the central arch portion (version with two doors);
- recessed handles shell on both sides of both wings;
- tag with data;
- paint with epoxy powder with scratch-resistant embossed finish, color RAL 7032;
- the possibility of inclusion of the pedestrian door to a crawl
