Fire doors REI 120 are constituted by:
- fixed perimeter frame made with posts and crossbars of galvanized steel sheet 2 mm thick;
- swinging doors of a total thickness of 70 mm each, both formed by two sheets of galvanized steel by 1 mm thick, pressopiegate and joined at the edges to form a box structure useful to contain the insulating pack;
- windowing according to law 400 x 300 mm and 400 x 600 mm (version with porthole);
- tern of steel hinges, both for the hinged door that is hinged to one side; one of ciascun’anta hinges is provided with internal adjustable spring for automatic closing;
- intumescent seals based on graphite placed along the entire perimeter of the fixed frame;
- Fire lock applied in the door leaf
- top and bottom self-locking device placed in the door with side lever for opening (version with two hinged doors);
- pair of steel handles coated nylon;
- tag with data applied on door edge;
- paint with epoxy powder with scratch-resistant embossed finish, color RAL 7032;
- intallabili on plasterboard walls with mounting kit.
